hey sarah I have a quick question..I have getilecalny large arms but I learned that with diet I can make them appear slimmer but they are still flabby. If i lift weights to try and tone my arms will it make my arms appear bigger (i've heard if you try to build muscle over fat it will only make you look bigger) do you have any suggestions of work outs that won't do that?thanks
